Cherry Lane Garden Centres uses the information supplied by you through the ordering/registration page to process and fulfil your order. We may also use it to tell you about changes to our services, inform you of special offers and new product offerings that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information from us in the future please uncheck the box on the order form. If you purchase an extended warranty, your details will be passed to Cherry Lane Garden Centres for the purpose of administering the warranty. Privacy Agreement
Our policy is to respect the privacy of our customers at all times. We are registered under the UK Data Protection Act and comply with the terms. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We store name, address and credit card details. We do not store the three digit security card from the rear of the card. The credit card details are stored electronically in a secure environment.
