DELIVERY TO A UK ADDRESS
Standard delivery
Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £75 and over from cherry-lane.co.uk
This is subject to availability, and excludes gift vouchers, international delivery destinations, and premium delivery services.
All our delivery options are available to Mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland. We can deliver to the following areas at an additional cost. Please note that deliveries to these areas may take a little longer than advertised in our delivery schedule:

- Grampians
- Northern Ireland

Charges & Options
We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you competitive rates and secure delivery. The contents of your order and your delivery address area will determine which delivery services are used.
Please note we do not deliver to Post Office boxes, and can only deliver to some BFPOs. Please contact us prior to purchase for full details.

The delivery options for a product can be found on each individual product page at the point of adding to your shopping basket.
Under 2kgs - £2.95
3 - 5 Working Days up to 30kg in weight - £4.50
Please note that for heavy bulky items over 30kg or multiple orders an extra charge may be made for delivery. These charges will be determined at the point of checkout.
We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 7.30am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later). Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Wight, Cherry Lane stores are only able to provide a two day courier service for cartons up to 30kg in weight at a delivery cost of £15.00.
Please note that the couriers and delivery services deliver during the working day. You can choose to deliver to an alternative address where the delivery can be accepted, such as a work address, if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order.
There may be occasions where an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. We will endeavour to notify you via e-mail or contact you by phone within 24 hours of any out of stock items.
If you've ordered items that show delivery usually within 7 working days or items with a delivery time of 2 weeks or more, we'll call you to discuss delivery, unless we've given you the option to select a delivery date during checkout.
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. See the section on Delivery exceptions for more details.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
